EquityBox is a brand of Vedansh Wealth LLP, based in Rajkot, Gujarat. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vedansh Wealth LLP.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through the EquityBox website and related enquiries. Separate notices may apply when you open an account or transact through a financial product provider.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your email address and city, if provided.
• Your selected area of interest and preferred time to call.
• Your message and any other information you choose to share.
• Your consent preferences and records of your enquiry.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages and access times in order to deliver and protect the website.

Please do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, passwords, OTPs, investment statements or other confidential documents through the general enquiry form. If documentation is needed, we will explain the appropriate submission process separately.

When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent over an encrypted connection to our website server, hosted by Cloudflare, and emailed to our inbox at contact@equity-box.com through our email delivery provider, Resend. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to enquiries and arrange requested conversations.
• Contact you about the products or services you have asked about.
• Maintain enquiry records and provide follow-up support.
• Operate, troubleshoot and protect the website.
• Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

If we offer newsletters or promotional updates, we will provide a separate choice to subscribe. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend.

Where you ask us to facilitate access to a financial product or service, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate product provider or authorised partner, with the necessary notice, permissions and documentation. For example, enquiries about demat accounts, share trading, IPOs, derivatives, Intelligent Model Portfolios, insurance, PMS, fixed income, global investments or GIFT City products offered through MOFSL may be shared with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL), for which EquityBox is an Authorised Partner.

We may also disclose information where required by law, a regulator or a lawful request from an authorised public authority.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set cookies and does not store information in your browser, for example in local storage. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

The fonts, images and scripts on this website are served from our own website. We do not load third-party content such as embedded maps, videos or social media plug-ins while you browse.

Some pages link to WhatsApp, Google Maps and the websites of regulators and other organisations. Those services are contacted only if you choose to follow the link, and their own cookies and privacy terms then apply.

If we add analytics or other optional tools in future, we will update this policy first. Where consent is required, we will ask for it before activating those tools and give you a way to change your choice.

6. WhatsApp and external websites

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your communications are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

Our website may link to financial product providers and other external websites. Their privacy policies govern information you provide directly to them.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry, provide requested support and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory or recordkeeping requirements.
